"In every way possible I kept myself from being burdensome to you, and I shall continue to do so." —2 Corinthians 11:9

This booklet, One Bread, One Body (OBOB), is published by Our Lady of Presentation Ministries (PM), a canonical lay association of the faithful. No one at PM receives any money for service to the Lord. We all volunteer our time, money, energies, and lives to spread the word of God. "In every way possible," we want to enable you to receive teaching on God's word without being burdened with worries about paying for what you receive, and we "shall continue to do so" (2 Cor 11:9). For over twenty years, we have trusted the Father, Who knows all that we need (Mt 6:8), to provide the money and resources to publish this book and operate our ministries. He has never failed to supply our needs (Phil 4:19), financial and spiritual.

We at PM are called by God to operate in prophetic poverty, as did St. Paul. We spread the gospel without requiring a specific cost, humbling ourselves to try to build you up (2 Cor 11:7). Many of us have full-time jobs and families, and for years have spent our nights, weekends, and occasionally "sleepless nights" (2 Cor 11:27) to produce OBOB and operate our other ministries.

We so love God's word, the Mass, the Catholic Church, and you, our beloved readers, that we "count it pure joy" (Jas 1:2) to be able to help you grow in discipleship and faith. We are jealous for "you with the jealousy of God Himself," and in prayer present you to Christ as His bride (2 Cor 11:2). May Jesus receive much glory and fruit (see Mk 4:20) through your lives of faith!

Prayer: Father, "Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" (Mt 6:10).
Promise: "If you forgive the faults of others, your heavenly Father will forgive you yours." —Mt 6:14
Praise: Veronica has served the Lord through Presentation Ministries for over 20 years, has lived without any salary, and has seen the Lord provide all her needs.
