| Jun 24 - 25 | Proclaiming God’s Word
Twelve simple men began the race (see 2 Tm 4:7) that carried the good news to the "ends of the world" (Ps 19:5). Now the disciples have passed the baton to us. Millions of Christians with the charism of the spiritual gift of teaching are called to put their gift at one another's service (1 Pt 4:10) and fulfill God's plan of salvation by proclaiming His word. There is a natural gift of teaching and the skill of teaching, but to teach God's word in a world-changing way, we must identify, equip, and send forth those with the supernatural gift of teaching. | Jun 26 | Day of Eucharistic Adoration
"For every Christian generation, the Eucharist is indispensable food that sustains us as we cross the desert of this world, dried by ideological and economic systems that do not promote life, but repress it. A world in which the logic of power and possession dominates, instead of the logic of service and love; a world in which the culture of violence and death often triumphs. Jesus knocks at the door of our hearts and asks to come in not just for one day, but for forever." (Pope Benedict XVI, 6/7/07). Register |
| Jun 27 - 28 | Prophecy & Deliverance (and Co-Workers' Retreat)
Prophecy is the gift to be sought above all the other gifts (1 Cor 14:1)...and Jesus taught us to pray, "Deliver us from evil, Amen." Register |
| Jun 30 - Jul 1 | Worship and Evangelization
Evangelization is simply inviting others to a personal encounter with Jesus. "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses... to the ends of the earth" - Acts1:8. "Worship pleasing to God can never be a purely private matter…it demands a public witness to our faith.” – Pope Benedict XVI, Sacramentum Caritatis Register |
| Jul 1 - 2 | Intercession and Healing
The Lord gave us authority over planet Earth (see Gen 1:28). Thus, we have the responsibility to pray and ask in all circumstances. The Lord also calls us to take one another's place in prayer (see Ez 22:30). Probably every Christian can heal (see Mk 16:17-18 and Mt 10:7-8). We are all responsible to use this gift as much as possible. Come and grow in these gifts! Register |
| Jul 3 | Day of Eucharistic Adoration
"To adore means to love enough to want to converse with Jesus present before us in the Blessed Sacrament. Learn to give our Lord a detailed account of your soul and your life. Know how to tell Him your thoughts, your desires, your sorrows. Oh, how happy you will be when you shall have found the secret of this interior conversation with our Lord" (St. Peter Julian Eymard). Register |
| Jul 4 - 5 | How to Renew Your Parish
Pope John Paul II teaches: "It is necessary that in light of the faith all rediscover the true meaning of the parish" (The Lay Members of Christ's Faithful People). Imagine a church of Spirit-filled people overflowing with God's love; a body deeply touching and transforming lives, marriages, and families; a people proclaiming good news to the poor and freedom to the oppressed. Come and learn how to renew your parish! Register |
| Jul 7 - 9 | Building Christian Community
Christian community, by God's standards, is to accept God's grace to become one with the Lord and our brothers and sisters in Christ as the Father and Jesus are one (Jn 17:21). Christian community is what we see in Jesus' ministry. It is an "intentional" community. Jesus intentionally chose twelve apostles in whom He invested His life. We too should discern our own "twelve," with whom the Lord has called us to share our lives in a special way. We will love these brothers and sisters in deed and truth and not merely talk about it (1 Jn 3:18). Come learn how to build your own Christian Community! Register |
| Jul 10 - 12 | Bible Study ~ Letter to the Hebrews
The key verse for the letter to the Hebrews: "Fix your eyes on Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest Whom we acknowledge in faith" (3:1). Come and learn more! Register |
| Jul 14 - 16 | Discipleship, Leadership, Redemptive Suffering and Mary
Discipleship is very dear to the heart of Jesus. Jesus' plan is to call us to follow and imitate Him. Before Jesus ascended, He commanded us to make disciples of all nations (Mt 28:19). Leadership is about knowing who to follow and how to lead. God Himself didn't create suffering, but He allows it for greater purposes. Jesus removes much unnecessary suffering through healings and miracles, but those sufferings He allows we can offer redemptively on behalf of His body (see Col 1:24). It is our joy and privilege to suffer redemptively (Phil 1:29). In "True Devotion to Mary," St. Louis de Montfort says, "Mary is altogether relative to God. She only exists with reference to God. She is the echo of God that says nothing, repeats nothing, but God. If you say 'Mary' she says 'God.'” Register |
| Jul 17 - 23 | Silent Retreats and Eucharistic Adoration
"[St.] Francis was truly enamored with Jesus. He met Him in the Word of God, in his fellow man, in nature, but above all in His presence in the Eucharist" (Pope Benedict XVI, Address to Young People in Assisi, June 17, 2007). Register |

| Sep 26 - 27 | Gospel of Life
The Gospel of life is something concrete and personal, for it consists in the proclamation of the very person of Jesus.
