Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel and Retreat Center

The Vision

The Discipleship Retreats and "40-day" program have the goal of forming mature Christians who are deeply rooted in the imitation of Jesus. These newly formed disciples will go out to make disciples of all nations (Mt 28:19) and thereby form a new "civilization of love" (Pope Paul VI).

The Need

The current programs are run out of an old dairy barn that was converted into what is now the main retreat center building. Participants can lodge in existing dormitories, trailers, cabins, or nearby hotels. The new chapel and retreat center (42 rooms) will provide the needed space to expand and enhance the discipleship program.

The Progress

After many years of planning, construction began in October of 1999. Currently the chapel and retreat center building are under roof, but the plumbing, electric, HVAC, and interior work needs to be completed.  View photos of the construction progress.

The Challenge

Work can't proceed without the finances, materials, labor, and of course prayer. Presentation Ministries has no hired workers and does not take out monetary loans. Everything comes from the LORD through generous donations of labor and money. Your donation goes 100% to the building itself.
