Presentation Ministries (PM) has been recognized by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) because, as an organization, they have donated over $1 million to CRS since PM’s inception in 1982. PM tithes 10% of all donations received to CRS, and they gave another 5% or $500,000 in alms split between the ministries of Fr Harold Geers, OFM, and Sr Dolores Tancinco of the Philippines.

Presentation Ministries is a lay association of the faithful under the authority of the Archbishop of Cincinnati.  All workers in PM, whether full-time or part-time, are volunteers. No one who works for Presentation Ministries receives any pay. Hundreds of publications, tapes, retreats held throughout the year, and the annual 9-day Bible Institute are always available for a free-will offering, with no suggested fees or prices. PM operates entirely on contributions; it does not receive any special funding.  No one is ever turned away from receiving or participating due to finances.

CRS enrolled PM into their “Ambassadors of Hope Society” on February 28, 2007 in Naples, FL. This is a newly established society and CRS wants to say “thank you” to PM and about 35 other people and organizations who have given over one million dollars to them. CRS presented PM with the “Deus Caritas Est”  (“God is Love”) Award.
