How to Get Fr. Lauer's Radio Programs in Your Area

Fr. Lauer's radio programs have been on the air since 1983. Presentation Ministries was in fact formed as an official ministry to support the radio ministry of Fr. Lauer.

Available Programs

There are five different programs available:

1. "Daily Bread, Classic Edition" — a 15-minute program based upon the daily Eucharistic readings. This is our best and most popular program and it runs Monday through Friday each week. The goal of the program is to encourage listeners to celebrate daily Mass and help those who already go to Mass to benefit more from the Eucharist. It also gives those who aren't Catholic the opportunity to appreciate the Biblical richness of the Catholic faith. It is prepared for each weekday date throughout the year by digitally combining previously recorded programs since Fr. Lauer's death in October of 2002. It is available free on satellite or on CD.
2. New Testament Bible teaching — 15-minute segments which teach on the New Testament There are 200 teachings which should be run in Biblical sequence. You can listen to a sample of these teachings through our website.
3. Spiritual thoughts for the day — a 5-minute spot about a particular spiritual insight. There are 71 programs and some are available on CD.
4. Introduction to each book of the Bible — a 30-minute program that introduces one of the books in the Bible. There are 63 programs which should be run in Biblical sequence.
5. Subject teaching — each program is on a particular spiritual subject and is referenced to the Bible and/or the Church's encyclicals, Catechism and other documents. There are over 100 of these 30-minute programs and some are available on CD.

Satellite Feed

Ave Maria Communications of Ann Arbor Michigan has graciously added "Daily Bread, Classic Edition" to their satellite feed. The purpose of this feed via satellite is to make it easily available to all radio stations across the United States. They can broadcast it at the same time as it is playing, at 6:30 AM Eastern Standard Time, or can copy it for playing later. It is playing on satellite GE-3 Christian Consortium Group II (GE3_C).

Contact a Station about Airing Fr. Lauer's Programs

Please contact Catholic or Christian radio stations in your area if Fr. Lauer is not already on the air, and ask them to consider adding one of our programs. Catholic stations do not charge for airing programs while Christian stations usually do.
