July 6 - Travel details (air or bus) for transportation help

July 20 - Last day for online registration

July 25 - Last day for youth program registration

Fees

Presentation Ministries continues its policy of financing its ministries by contributions. We work for the Lord and trust Him to supply our needs. Pray and listen to God for what He would have you give. In this way, all who are called can be equipped for ministry, no matter what their financial situation. If you are willing to help others who cannot afford their full costs, we invite your donation. "God can multiply His favors among you so that you may always have enough of everything and even a surplus for good works" (2 Cor 9:8).

In order to process your registration, please send all information in at one time. Availability will be assigned and waiting lists handled in the order that the COMPLETED registration is received. Upon receipt of your complete registration, you will be sent an acknowledgement package including a map, a schedule of the seminars you have chosen, and other information concerning housing, meals, etc. Please allow two to four weeks for our response.

** NEW HOUSING REGULATIONS **

Xavier University has made changes for the use of their entire facility including residence housing for summer conferences. Two weeks before the beginning of the Bible Institute, we must give a guaranteed number of residents and the duration of their stay. We are then responsible for the cost of the entire time reserved. Because of the new restrictions, we must require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit for each person registering for housing. (A few scholarships for the $100 fee are available.) Assigning housing is a rigorous chore with a myriad of details to be put into place. Therefore, in order to give an accurate count of who will be staying in the dormitory housing and the dates of their stay, we need this information by the June 30th deadline. If you wish to use the Xavier Housing facility, you need to make your plans early and send in your registration with the required deposit. (There are hotels and motels nearby, such as, the Quality Inn and Holiday Inn Express.)

If you wish to share housing with someone, please send in your registrations together. If you are coming with a group, please indicate that on the Registration Form. We will attempt to fill your requests for accommodations nearby or on the same floor. Registrations received after July 6 will not be confirmed by mail. Instead, your acknowledgement materials will be available at the Registration Desk, upon arrival.

The Registration Area is located on the lower level of the Hailstone Building (formerly Williams Business College or the CBA Building) with an entrance off Ledgewood Drive. When you drive down Ledgewood Drive from Dana Avenue, it is the building on the left just before you arrive at Bellarmine Chapel. Ledgewood runs dead into the University campus at Bellarmine Chapel. To park, turn right onto Herald Ave. Parking lots are on the left as you progress on Herald.
