TWO-DAY SEMINARS

PRACTICAL EVANGELIZATION - Monday and Tuesday
Bill Richart offers a very concrete method of evangelization. This process has been taught at the Center for Evangelization in Michigan. By popular demand, it has been expanded for us into a two day program.

RECEIVING A NEW PENTECOST - Monday and Tuesday
This seminar is for those who have previously attended a Life in the Spirit seminar. Renew, refresh and recommit to the Holy Spirit’s plan for you in creating a new Pentecost.

TO HEAL AS JESUS HEALS - Thursday and Friday
We all are in need of healing and freedom in Jesus. The Holy Spirit may be calling you to minister to the hurting people in your family, neighborhood, workplace or parish. Learn to share His healing love with others.

ONE-DAY SEMINARS

PROPHECY: GOD’S REVEALING LIGHT TO HIS PEOPLE - Monday
The gift to be sought above all others is the gift of prophecy. Come to understand the great scope of this gift and how it is used in our daily lives.

THE TRUTH OF LOVE - Tuesday
The lack of morality in our culture challenges us to clarify the difference between Divine and human love. This seminar reflects on Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI’s Teaching “Deus Caritus Est” (God is Love). Being Christian is the result of a personal encounter with God’s love.

HOW TO PRESERVE AND DEFEND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM - Wednesday
As Americans, we want to cherish the freedoms that our founding fathers fought for at so great a cost. This program will give you the tools to make sure your voice is heard as you help to build a civilization of love without regard to what is considered “politically correct.”

OUR LADY OF FATIMA: 100 YEARS LATER - Wednesday
It is one hundred years since the Virgin Mary appeared to the three young children at Fatima. Her message concerned wars that were yet to be experienced. Have we heeded her warnings and responded to her loving call to us? What is the Lord’s plan for this anniversary year?

Our Lady of Guadalupe Bible College

GBC is a personalized approach to learning the truths of Divine revelation, both in Scripture and in the Church. Its aim is to equip you to be a disciple of Jesus and to serve Him. Courses are offered at several locations and also through home study. If you wish to learn more, take the BI program entitled Getting to Know the Guadalupe Bible College.

IDENTIFYING YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS - Thursday
You are invited to come and learn to recognize your spiritual gifts and how to use them in your everyday life.

THE GIFT OF INTERCESSION - Thursday
Learn how to be a prayer warrior in the army of Christ. The fervent prayer of a holy person is powerful indeed. Pope St. John Paul II said that prayer and fasting are the first and most effective weapons against the forces of evil.

GETTING TO KNOW THE GUADALUPE BIBLE COLLEGE - Friday
If you are interested in learning more about participating in Guadalupe Bible College this program is for you.

GROWING IN YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS - Friday
This is a new one-day workshop that is designed to help those who have been using their spiritual gifts and would like to advance in the exercise of their gifts in the power of the Holy Spirit.

CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY - Friday
Community is one of the most misunderstood facets of Christianity, while at the same time, it is the vehicle that brings power and enthusiasm to the faith. Make your home a lighthouse for Christ.

YOUTH PROGRAM - Thursday
DAN DEMATTE will present a day long program, on THURSDAY this year, designed to invite young people to walk the road with Christ. He is a speaker and evangelist who challenges young men and women to live a life of radical holiness - a holiness that produces saints, not mere mediocre Catholics. Dan is a Youth Minister, national speaker, retreat leader and program director for Catholic Youth Summer Camp aimed at drawing young people into the adventure of their Catholic faith. Come to the talks titled The Word of the Lord in Action In Our Lives on a personal level, and share what you heard and go Be A Witness In This World.

NOTE: All youth must be pre-registered; No walk-ins will be accepted. A separate registration form is needed for each attendee and chaperone must be listed. More Details

The spirit of worship at the Bible Institute is an important part of the event. Bill Richart and Angie Myer and Friends, will be among those who will lead us in worship. Also, our very gifted Presentation Music Ministry provides worship and praise at our liturgies. Many gifted and dedicated people are a part of this ministry. The Holy Spirit's gifts are used in amazing ways to bring us into worship and an awareness of the Lord's presence.
