WEEKEND & WEEKDAY SEMINARS

WEEKEND SEMINARS

REJOICE IN HOPE: THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS YOURS

“Behold, the Kingdom of God is among you!” (Lk 17:21) The Bible uses many images to represent this kingdom — the holy mountain, the city of God, and the new Jerusalem. The Lord says, “On this mountain the Lord of hosts will provide for all peoples a feast of rich food and choice wines... He will destroy the veil that veils all peoples” (Is 25:6,7).

Dan Schneider, a Catholic Lay Evangelist, will offer his extensive knowledge and compelling style of humor, wit, and truth for this exciting seminar. He will speak about the riches and treasures — the challenges and calling — of God’s kingdom here on earth. Be sure to come to the “mountain” of the Bible Institute to experience the rich food, the choice wine, and the restoration of your spiritual sight.

"CLOTHED" FOR THE JOURNEY

When we prepare for a vacation or a trip, we plan ahead to make sure that we have the proper clothing. The beach, snow-covered slopes, or a hike in the mountains would all require different types of attire. On our journey through this life, the Lord has provided for us clothing that will outfit us to weather any storms and difficulties so that we will reach our goal, the heavenly kingdom.

Father David Endres and PM members will probe the deeper meaning of the images given in Ephesians 6 that tell us to “put on the armor of God.” What is this armor? How do I equip myself to wear and use this armor in the day-to-day conflicts that all of us face? Come and be amazed at the richness of what God has provided for His people.

WORSHIP

The spirit of worship at the Bible Institute is an important part of the nine days. Bill Richart, Our Lady of Victory Men’s Fellowship Group, Angie Meyer and Friends will be among those who will lead us in worship. Also, our very gifted Presentation Music Ministry provides worship and praise at our liturgies. Many gifted and dedicated people are a part of this ministry — including Paul Egan, Marianne Lander, Dave Willig, and Lucas Hennessey. Younger members of Presentation continue to come forward in service to the Lord through music and worship. The Holy Spirit’s gifts are used in amazing ways to bring us into worship and an awareness of the Lord’s presence.
