This year there will be several conferences held on the Xavier Campus overlapping one another. Because of this, campus housing will be LIMITED. HOUSING AND MEAL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 30. Hotel, motels, and other off-site housing can be used.
The Bible Institute is held on the campus of Xavier University, which is centrally located in the Cincinnati area. A map of the campus will be sent with the acknowledgement of your registration. Please allow two to four weeks for our response. Parking permits will NOT be required to park in the Xavier campus parking lots this year.
From the West: McMillan to Victory Parkway, left on Victory Parkway to Dana, right on Dana to Ledgewood, left onto Ledgewood.
From the North: From I-71 take Dana exit. Go right (west) onto Dana to Ledgewood, right onto Ledgewood.
From I-75 take Mitchell exit, left on Mitchell and follow Xavier U. Signs to Ledgewood, left onto Ledgewood.
From the South: From I-71 take Dana exit, left on Dana (west) to Ledgewood, right onto Ledgewood.
The North Campus lot and the Cohen Lot can be used for parking your car. Both lots can be entered from Herald Avenue. The Chapel is on the left on Ledgewood Drive at the point where it runs dead into the University Campus. At that point turn right and the entrances to the parking lots are on the left.
Housing in Xavier Residence Halls is limited this year because of two other large conferences being held on campus. The rooms are air conditioned and will be assigned first come, first served with out of town registrants being given preference. Double occupancy is usually assigned although a very limited number of single rooms may be available. Registrations for housing must be in by June 30. Other options for housing include nearby hotels, motels, and other off-site locations.
When you arrive, stop first at the Registration Desk to get your room assignments, keys, etc. Please note: The Registration Desk will be located in the Hailstone Building (previously Williams Business College or CBA Building). A map of the campus will be sent with the acknowledgement of your registration.
Xavier Food Service will offer some meals in the Dining Room. Lunch will be available each day from Saturday, July 21 through Saturday, July 28 at $6.70. Dinner will be available on the evenings indicated at $9.25 each. All pre-ordered meals must be ordered and paid in advance by June 30. No meal tickets will be sold at the Registration Desk. Checkmark appropriate areas on the Registration Form. Make checks for meals payable to Mary Handermann and mail with your Registration Form to the Boutique address. DO NOT WRITE MEAL CHECKS TO PRESENTATION MINISTRIES. Refunds will not be made after that date. Tickets for meals you prepaid will be available at the Registration Desk upon arrival.
Other possibilities for meals are a campus food court, restaurants on nearby Montgomery Road, or a take-out delivery option.
